Alternative Funding Information Service
Our goal is to investigate, study, assess, and gather relevant information that is suited to educate any sophisticated business owner, to diversify and protect their legacy business portfolio with well positioned and conscious decisions.

This involves the Directors of a UK Ltd company setting up a SSAS, (Small Self Administered Scheme), which are regulated by the Pensions Regulator (TPR), which is sponsored by the Department of Work and Pensions, to enable a private pension transfer into the SSAS.

This is typically setup for the sole purpose of buying Commercial property, or engaging with an HMRC Approved opportunity in the form of a loan to a pre-selected unconnected UK Limited Company.

SSAS pensions offer the same tax benefits as other occupational pension schemes, any gains paid from the underlying investment will be considered as a pension contribution back into the SSAS.
